LB-1 steel structure refractory coating

LB-1 steel structure expansile refractory coating is a new product developed on the basis of advanced technology achieved by Security Ministry Sichuan Province Fire Protection Research Institute while considering climate characters in the north. It is characterized by thin coating, fire and cold resistant.

Steel components with LB-1 steel structure expansile refractory coating are erosion resistant and if heated in fire the coating expands and forms a solid barrier, which can increase the fire durability from 0.25h to 2h,thus protecting steel components from damage.

LB-3 solvent extra thin steel structure fire protection coating

LB-3 solvent extra thin steel structure fire protection coating is our new product acting as both decoration and fire protection material. Thin but has strong fire durability, it is much more elegant than traditional fire protection coating.

LB-3 solvent extra thin steel structure fire protection coating is good in resisting dirt, fire, chemical material and ageing. If heated in fire the coating expands and forms a solid barrier to improve steel's fire durability.

inspection by Security Ministry National Fire Protection Construction Material Quality Examination Center shows that all its performances are excellent.

LG-1 steel structure adiabatic fire protection coating

LG-1 steel structure adiabatic fire protection coating is a multi-functional fire protection coating mainly made from inorganic adiabatic material. Poison free, light and noncombustible, it is 22mm thick and has fire durability of 3 hours, while thickness of coating with the same performance stipulated in national technical indices is 50mm. It is leading in fire resistant and creates new record in durability period. This product marks a new breakthrough of steel structure fire durability in China and is a contribution to civil key steel structure projects.

LG-1 steel structure adiabatic fire protection coating can not only be used as fire protection in high rises and large-spanned workshops but as soundproof and heat perseverance material in civil buildings.

B60-1 expansile fire protection coating

"North" B60-1 expansile fire protection coating is made from macromolecule coat forming agent, vesicant, carbonization material, pigment, dispersant, disperse medium and others. The coating will expand by dozens of and even hundreds of times and forms a bubble adiabatic layer containing a large amount of inert gases, which meet national standards and can effectively prevent fire.

BF-1 organic fire prevention block materials

　　BF-1 organic fire prevention block materials is a kind of flexible daub stuff which is widely used for blocking holes and cracks of channel in places of electricity plant, power station, factory building, high building and shipbuilding etc. The products characterizes by strong plasticity and convenient performance. After contacting high temperature, the surface of the product will form a layer of charcoal which can effectively prevent flame from penetrating the hole and spreading. This block materials can be used with some other fire protection block materials.

BF-2 inorganic fire prevention block materials

　　BF-2 inorganic fire prevention block materials is a kind of materials made by domestic leading technology. The products characterizes by great heat insulation, waterproof, oil proof, corrosion resisting, easy installation, quick solidification and high mechanical strength. It is suitably for large hole's blocking in places of electricity plant, power station, high buildings and shipbuildings etc. Its various index and properties are in light of the requiremtns of GA161-1997, "Properties and Testing Means on Fire Protection Block Materials". BF-3 swelling fireproof bag

　　This new type of fire protection block materials characterizes by heat insulation and corrosion resisting. It is widely used for fire protection insulation wall and layer in places of cable channel and well in electricity plants, power stations, factory buildings, high buildings and underground engineerings. When contacting fire, the materials inside the bag will swell quickly and the thick fire proof charcoal layer will be formed for absorbing heat and releasing non-flaming gas. In the normal temperature, this product has got a very fine air permeability for cable's installation, inspection, maintenance and changing.

BF50-200 fire blocking ring

　　This new type of fire proof materials made from foreign leading technolgoy and our own fire proof additive. The product has got a thin core, light volume and fine appearance, it is very easy for installing and dismounting, clip it to the wall body is just ok. When fire open, the ring will swell quickly, press against UPVC channel tightly and block the hole in a short time to prevent fire from spreading over the UPVC channel.
